Pinot Camp is the Willamette Valley Wineries Association's flagship educational event, offering an unparalleled immersive experience in Oregon's premier wine region. Over three days, participants visit multiple vineyard sites, taste wines from barrel and bottle with the winemakers who crafted them, and attend seminars covering viticulture, winemaking philosophy, and the unique geology of the Willamette Valley. The event is designed for wine trade professionals and serious enthusiasts who want to deepen their understanding of Oregon Pinot Noir. Participants leave with a comprehensive understanding of what makes the Willamette Valley one of the world's great Pinot Noir regions — and strong relationships with the winemakers who are defining its future. Sessions cover everything from soil science and clone selection to fermentation techniques and aging decisions, all taught by the winemakers themselves in their own vineyards and cellars.
